We work in the Northern Rockies, primarily in Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. While not exclusively, we focus on properties that are one square mile or larger with water resources that support productive agriculture and wildlife.

We start by listening to our partners, learning about the problems they are trying to solve, and their hopes for the future.

We then focus on offering solutions that meet the landowner’s needs, achieve a conservation outcome, and generate a positive financial return.
