The broker was a neighboring landowner. He had previously worked with Beartooth and knew that we would restore the property adjacent to his, resulting in a needed outcome for the seller and a thriving, wildlife-rich property next door to his own ranch.
We acquired the properties from two landowners, both of whom were working to simplify their affairs. Both loved the properties and had plans to improve them, but didn’t want to spend the time and effort to do so on their own. Instead, they chose to cash out and passively participate in the restoration of their former ranches by partnering with us.
