As we were able to do a quick due diligence, and had a reputation as a dependable buyer, we were able to step into a new purchase agreement with the landowner shortly after the original prospective buyer terminated his agreement. We worked through several issues identified during due diligence and found solutions that all were happy with, eventually closing the transaction early.
